Prison Stories From Gladiator School

Prison Stories From Gladiator School

by Robert Thorson

This book is written from my personal experience to help the first time Prisoner get a feel for  what Prison life is like in some of America’s most dangerous Prisons.
But it is a good read for anyone who likes crime drames or true crime stories.
It also talks of the miscarrage of Justice that is happening in Courtrooms across our great nation today. Of how the War on Crime is really just a War on the Poor and how prisons are becouming big business in America.

Super PAC Strikethrough (Parker Moore Series)

Super PAC Strikethrough (Parker Moore Series)

by Stewert James

A must-read for this political season, Super PAC Strikethrough is a political thriller that covers real events in Michigan, Illinois, Alaska, and Washington DC (think Rod Blagojevich, Sarah Palin, John Engler, and George W. Bush). The book has multiple subplots like a Tom Clancy novel with the abruptness of Robert B. Parker. The story begins with the attempted assassination of former lobbyist and union executive Parker Moore, who feels trapped in his job and dysfunctional home life. (One of the subplots is a rare glimpse into the world of domestic violence from the perspective of male victims.) Woven throughout are the realities of money and how it influences politics on state and national levels. When Parker finds himself sitting in an interrogation room inside the Anchorage Police Department after his bodyguard is shot, he realizes his life has spiraled out of control. He desperately wants to escape, but how?
Ultimately, Super PAC Strikethrough reveals the truth behind our current political arena and how it destroyed one man–until a lifestyle change saved his life.
