Davey Jones' Closet

Davey Jones’ Closet

by Ellison Ward

Avast, maties! Nineteen-year-old Rab was captured when his ship was taken by pirates. But these are no ordinary buccaneers. They dress well, they bathe frequently, and their captain sees to it that the all-male crew is very disciplined. Rab is about to learn more about the ways of men at sea–and himself– than he ever suspected. A novella by Ellison Ward.

About 21,000 words.

This is a Bartholin Book. All Bartholin Books are DRM-free.

Excerpt:

“Your captain called you Rab, is that correct?”

“Yes, sir, he did.”

“Unusual name. Is it short for something?”

“It’s not my name, sir. It’s short for ‘rabbit.’ ” I recoiled when he took my chin in his hand, but did not protest. The spicy-sweet smell was stronger now.

Captain Clement studied me as dispassionately as if I were a chart. “I’m afraid I see no resemblance to a rabbit in your appearance. Were you once a lad whose face has since grown to fit his teeth?”

“It’s not for looking like a rabbit, sir. My name’s Albert Hare.”

“Ah! Rabbit, Hare. Shortened to Rab. I like it.”

“Thank you, sir.”

“It doesn’t have to be ‘sir.’ You can also address me as Captain Clement, or ‘my sweet master.’”

Was he joking? I didn’t know how to react.

Clement sighed. “Does your captain use you himself, or share you with a few favored officers? You don’t look like the entire crew’s been at you.”

“I don’t know what you mean, sir. I serve Captain Neeman, and assist the others as he orders me.”

“Anyone on the crew, then, might avail himself of your services, if your captain orders it so?”

“It’s my duty to obey his orders, sir. I don’t mind. He hand-picks his crew, all good men. Unlike yours.”

Captain Clement laughed. “Is that the way of it? Odd, how my crew of bad men bested your crew of good men, killed not a one-barely drew blood, your crew had so much fight in them-and will deposit them on an island where they’ll be rescued in due course.”

Orange (The Corruption, Sin and Enlightenment of an American Slut)

Orange (The Corruption, Sin and Enlightenment of an American Slut)

by Elizabeth Seer

WARNING: This book contains graphic material including language, drug use and explicit sexual situations. This book also contains the redeeming qualities of wisdom and enlightenment.

Sugar Honey Candy’s life is uncomfortable from beginning to end, yet it’s a life fully lived with myriad experiences shaped by the incomprehensible corruption of her innocence, the sins of her youth and the redemption of her enlightenment.

Corrupted from a young age, Sugar’s world embodies both love and abuse. Our heroine’s journey often seems like a road to nowhere through a series of violent relationships and bad choices until she pushes herself over the edge (and to rock bottom) ultimately leading to her understanding. You will be both horrified and enlightened by Sugar’s progress as she must go through hell to get to heaven.

“Orange (The Corruption, Sin and Enlightenment of an American Slut)” is the chronicle of the girl next door whether you live in a mansion or in the projects. Sugar indoctrinates you into her gritty world of sex, drugs, rock-n-roll and enlightenment backed by the soundtrack of her life. It is a story many women will relate to (probably quite uncomfortably and not quite truthfully), and it shows how the things we’re exposed to from a young age will color our world for the rest of our lives. For Sugar Honey Candy, that color is orange.

The Power of Communication: Skills to Build Trust, Inspire Loyalty, and Lead Effectively

Garcia shows how to take the initiative and control the agendaâ?¦ respond to events with speed and focusâ?¦ use the power of maneuverâ?¦ prepare and planâ?¦ and put it all together, becoming a “habitually strategic” communicator.

Identity Theft: Don't Be A Victim (illustrated)

Identity Theft: Don’t Be A Victim (illustrated)

by I. D. Theft

Introduction
In the course of a hectic day, you may write a check at the grocery store, charge tickets to a basketball game; rent a car or video, mail your tax returns, change service providers for your cell or home phone, or apply for a credit card. Chances are you do not give these everyday transactions a second thought. But an identity thief does.
Identity theft is a serious crime. People whose identities have been stolen can spend months or years – and many thousands of dollars – clearing up the mess the thieves have made of a good name and credit record.
In the meantime, victims of identity theft may lose job opportunities, be refused loans for education, housing, or cars, and even get arrested for crimes they didn’t commit. Humiliation, anger, and frustration are among the feelings victims experience as they navigate the process of rescuing their identity.
Sadly, some identity theft is carried out by relatives or friends, roommates, household workers like health care givers, domestic help (maids) and spouses going through a divorce who have a grudge. These individuals may obtain Social Security numbers, birth dates, driver’s license numbers, and credit card numbers by having access to their personal effects.

Alex Learns About Art / Alex aprende sobre el arte (Alex's Bilingual Children's Book Series)

Alex Learns About Art / Alex aprende sobre el arte (Alex’s Bilingual Children’s Book Series)

by Mayra Ottati Stern

I got the idea of writing this and all the other “Alex’s Bilingual Children’s Book Series” because I could not find that many bilingual children’s books in the area where we live. Many times I found myself reading a book in English to my son and then translating it into Spanish so he would practice both languages. Other times, I found myself reading a book in Spanish and translating it into English so my son would understand. I also found that it was hard to find a bilingual book with a good message at the end of the story.

This book not only allows kids to learn Spanish and/or English, but hopefully will inspire parents to teach their kids about how much fun learning about art can be. It also sends a message to the readers about the special bond between a Mom and her son. I hope you enjoy this book as much as I did when I read it to my son when he was just a little boy.

Please point to each word in this book as you read to your child so he/she can start recognizing the sounds that each word makes in each language.

This book is perfect for children ages 3-8.

Credit Card Debt's Junky Road

Credit Card Debt’s Junky Road

by Eugene C. Kelley Esq.

The Junky Road seeks to provide a comprehensive road map for the average person to use as a guide to navigate out of extreme credit card difficulties with. It also seeks to provide an overview and historical perspective for people to relate their financial problems to, using the history of coal mining in the Anthracite Region of the Wyoming Valley of Pennsylvania as the historical comparison.

This detailed analysis of the procedures and processes of credit card defaults, lawsuits, judgments, and other associated repercussions of credit card problems also provides insights into applying mental health techniques useful for the average person beset by a barrage of creditors. The brutality of the coal mining history provides perspective-and realism.

The author, Pennsylvania attorney Eugene C. Kelley, of the KPWS Law P.C. law firm, has drawn upon a lifetime of experience in writing this book. The detailed sections regarding bankruptcy and negotiating with finance companies are all drawn from his actual professional experience, which is extensive.

The book is a series of vignettes about ordinary people suffering from bad debt problems, parables that provide real life examples of people who have made mistakes, failed, and sometimes triumphed over adversity. Each story explains some aspect of the world of financial and legal problems that are often incomprehensible to the layperson, but in this format are easily understood.

The book draws upon the writer’s vast professional and personal human expererience. One of thirteen children who grew up working through a lot of the adversity associated with growing up in small coal mining towns in Pennsylvania in the 1970′s, Eugene Kelley has experienced a lot, and this shines through in a book about human beings dealing with human and financial problems during one of America’s most troubled periods in history. The book offers some excellent advice in an easily understood format, but offers no miracle cures. People who wish to climb out of whatever economic trap they have fallen into, for whatever reason, can use this book as a guide for doing so in a sane, rational, and dignified way that will limit the collateral damage which so often occurs in our personal lives when our financial problems go out of control.

*****

“Congratulations! You’re Have Been Selected…”

That’s the way the letter from the Dean of Admissions starts out when they send you that gorgeous fat envelope in the mail letting you know that your dream has come true — they want you. I’ll never forget how my heart was pounding as I pulled that bulging cream-colored packet out of my mailbox and ripped it open. It was the culmination of years of focussed hard work and dedication to my vision of attending the world famous Wharton Business School.

I started preparing to go to Wharton when I was just 14 years old. Three and a half years later I had the GPA, SAT scores, Achievement Tests, AP Classes, Extracurriculars, Letters of Recommendation, and everything else it takes to claim a spot among the most elite students in the world.

Luckily for you my friend, with this book, I’m giving you instant admission to those hallowed halls — and best of all, I’ll be there every step of the way as your personal tour guide, so you can cut out all the fluff, and focus only on the most important stuff.

Now you’re probably a bit skeptical. That’s normal and healthy.

4 Reasons To Believe What I Say:

I’m an actual graduate of the Wharton Business School, and I earned my spot in the class of ’87 on my own. Nobody in my family had ever gone to an Ivy League university before, my dad’s name was not on any of the buildings, and I did not know anybody who had ever donated any money to the school.

I not only made it all the way through to graduate and get my sheep skin, but I was a top student at Wharton, earning a 4.0 GPA in my Entrepreneurial Management major.

After I graduated, my favorite and sharpest professor brought me on as his Teaching Associate for the MBA Business Planning class. When it came to handing out the marks, at 21 years of age, I was the one putting big red A’s B’s and C’s on the MBA business plans!

I’ve used the secrets you will learn in this book to succeed as an entrepreneur since 1999, and today I’m the President and sole owner of the Five Star Butter Co., a top supplier for many of America’s finest restaurants, hotels, and resorts. Wharton’s lessons and wisdom enable me to compete in thrive in today’s tough economy, and my sincere desire is to help you achieve your life dreams and business goals too.

One of Wharton’s biggest lessons was that it’s more than just about business. The great people and leaders who come out of Wharton live rich 3-dimensional lives. And I hope that I can help you do that too.

The Zero Defects Option

“The Whole Idea Is To Prevent Defects!”

“The Zero Defects Option”
How To Get Your People To Do Things Right
by Dave Crosby.
This short bookâ??just 100 pagesâ??is based on the premise that Every Leader Has The Option To Have Work Done Right – or Not. Defects happen when leaders do not exercise their Zero Defects (ZD) option. “Many leaders don’t even realize that they have the option,” says author Dave Crosby. The book explains the ZD concept, and describes the “Seven Principles of Defect Prevention,” that a leader must understand and observe to exercise their Zero Defects Option; and have work done right. These principles are in play if the leader knows it or not.
The seven principles deal with such things as the cause of mistakes, the meaning of quality, quality and performance standards, and the leaders role in defects prevention
“Producing a defect free product or service doesn’t depend on gimmick programs or technical advances,” says Crosby. “Quality is a leadership option. Actually, Quality is Easy. Explaining problems to the boss or the customer, and paying for work done wrong is what’s difficult. “
The book shows how Zero Defects applies to all organizations performing work: Commercial and consumer manufacturers, military and governmental agencies, sports teams, schools, magazine and newspaper publishers, and even philharmonic orchestras.
Crosby gives one example of preventing defects in a non-manufacturing business. He quotes the late Eugene Ormandy, musical director of the Philadelphia Orchestra. The maestro explains how he got the “Ormandy Sound, or the Philadelphia sound.” How did he do it? He exercised his option to have workâ??the musicâ??done right. Ormandy told Crosby that, “When Toscanini stood in front of our orchestra, in fifteen minutes he transformed it to a different sound. It was no longer the so-called Philadelphia Sound, or Ormandy Sound, but his sound.”
“You might say that every leader has his or her own sound,” adds Crosby
Author Dave Crosby has fifty years experience in the field of quality control, quality management, and software development. He served as corporate director of quality for RCA, General Instruments, and Portec Inc. In 1980 he formed The Crosby Company to produce training programs and software for Statistical Process Control (SPC). His SPC software was the first available for the personal computer. His other books include NBS Quality, and Quality is Easy. The U.S. Army awarded Dave the Outstanding Civilian Service Medal for his contribution to the Army Zero Defects program. It is the highest award the Army presents to a civilian.
“The Zero Defects Option” is short – just one hundred pages. “Keeping it short was the hardest part of writing the book,” says Crosby. “I had to fight down the urge to preach to management and tell funny stories. I just let the readers know how they can improve their work and their life by producing a quality product or service.”
Along with the Ormandy example, there is one short success story about a small screw machine company that improved from 25% defective to zero defects in thirty days using the ideas in this book. The book is available on Amazon.com, book stores, and www.qualitynews.com.

A Long Journey Home

A Long Journey Home

by shirley dicks

The Long Journey Home is a book about MVFR members and the Journey of Hope as they travel through cities and towns in the US each year. The loss of a loved one brings grief and pain. For the homicide survivor, the normal anger of grief is compounded by the rage and desire to violently destroy the murderer of the loved one.

MVFR members know how isolating an experience it is to have someone you love taken from you by the conscious violence of another human being. We know the pain of a funeral parlor and the emptiness of the graveyard. We know about crime scenes and autopsies, investigations and indictments, trials and sentencing. We know the grief, the bewilderment, the anger, and the real sense of separation from others in society who have not experienced such a loss.
We also know what it’s like to have a date of death set for our loved ones, many times on our birthdays, and some of us know what it’s like to have our loved one placed in the electric chair and fried from the inside out. We know what it’s like to lose a son in prison, and we experience the same pain, hurt, and anger, that the mother feels who loses their child on the streets. We are all victims of our society.

Are You a Stock or a Bond?: Identify Your Own Human Capital for a Secure Financial Future, Updated and Revised

Are You a Stock or a Bond?: Identify Your Own Human Capital for a Secure Financial Future, Updated and Revised

by Moshe A., Ph.D. Milevsky

You must be aware of the value, potential return and risk of your own human capital (your job, career and what you do for a living as opposed to stocks and bonds or other investment choices) as well as financial capital and investments to plan a secure future. Human capital is the most valuable asset that you will own over your lifecycle. You need to balance all financial decisions with the characteristics of your human capital. The key trends identified in the first edition of the book namely, the decline of Defined Benefit (DB) pension provision, the continued increase in human longevity and the risk of personal inflation, are as relevant today as they were five years ago. The financial crisis has taught us that all types of capital – human, financial and even social – are key to a secure financial future. If your career has “stock-like” growth and risk characteristics, Milevsky helps you balance your “portfolio” by tilting investments towards safer “bonds.” If your job is more secure but offers lower financial upside, you’ll learn to tilt your investments towards stocks that compensate for your lower earning potential. Either way, Milevsky shows you how to integrate investments, insurance, annuities, and retirement plans to generate the safe and reliable income you’ll need.

This Edition’s updates include:

  •     New 2012 data, charts, figures, and references
  •     More coverage of incorporating “human capital” into financial planning
  •     Advice reflecting the aftermath of the financial crisis
  •     Easier, more usable techniques, and less math!

A Government of Service to All

A Government of Service to All

by Phillip R Greaves 2nd

The statement one equals infinity is not intended as a mathematical formula, or as a description of the universe, though it applies (the infinity of the one universe). No, this statement is meant as a political description stating the proper relationship between any individual and the masses in a free society.
The actual meaning of one equals infinity is this: the rights of men are not accumulative, men do not acquire any greater degree of their fundamental rights by joining together into groups or mobs. A collection of men has no more authority or primary rights than those held by an individual alone.

The Money Spiders

The Money Spiders

by J P McCarthy

The MONEY SPIDERS presents a scathing indictment of the Federal Reserve Banking System. The Federal Reserve uses our money against us, influences booms and busts in our economy, and controls the American people through deception and complex monetary schemes. JP McCarthy challenges “We the People” to learn what we can do to stop the attack of privatized central banking on the sovereignty of the United States, before we suffer a monetary collapse similar to Europe.

Summer Sundays (Aretha)

Summer Sundays (Aretha)

by John Abeln

Several seemingly unrelated murders, a terrorist cell group in Europe and Americans living in Brussels are at the intersection where this story of intrigue, deception and murder starts. Aretha is the unwitting protagonist when she takes a short term job with Gannon Water’s software company in Belgium. She is asked by Gannon’s wife Beth, to participate in the Summer Sunday Tours -a series of weekend packages for ex-patriots to see unique parts of Europe. Aretha falls for a UK colleague, Malcolm, at the same time the bus driver of the Tour is killed. The London and Brussels police are on the trail of murder suspects and a passport theft group. But there is this group of Middle Eastern men that are involved somehow but it is not clear how. Was the first murder revenge or a signal to another group about turf?
Author’s Note: I lived with my family in Brussels for 5 years in the 1980′s when there were serious unrest and small terrorist groups. So a lot of the experiences in the book are from my first hand knowledge. I’ve updated it to reflect the 21st century, but the same bad guys and murderers exist today.

Hope in Hungnam

Hope in Hungnam

by David Watts Jr.

David Watts takes readers back to 1950 and leads them on an inspiring journey through the darkest days of the Korean War– days in which men bleed and die in order to save an entire generation of people from North Korea.  Hope in Hungnam takes place during the darkest days of the Korean War in 1950: from the brutal Battle of Chosin Reservoir to the stunning Christmas Eve evacuation of 100,000 civilians from Hungnam, North Korea. As the flames of war engulf the Korean Peninsula, US Marine Jack Stiles desperately searches for meaning in the frozen killing fields of North Korea.  Bloodied by war and bigotry, Stiles’ world is changed forever when he is critically wounded at Chosin Reservoir and left for dead. Nursed back to health by a mortal foe, he soon faces the realities of war, life, and love with new clarity.  Hope in Hungnam tells the story of the woman who saved him, the Captain who saved them all, and the ship that did the impossible. In his riveting debut novel, David Watts weaves an epic tale of the men who fought, the men who died, and those who risked all in the most remarkable, yet almost unknown naval evacuation in all of human history.  It is a story of war and hate, of love and forgiveness, but most importantly it is a gripping story of the enduring power of hope.

Mixed Nuts (Box of Chocolates)

Mixed Nuts (Box of Chocolates)

by Deanna Repose Oaks

Mixed Nuts….

We are all a little crazy
It helps us get along
Within the world around us
Shrinking, shrinking, shrinking
There is not much of a connection left
To our nature
We are not so sure anymore
Of where we fit in
Yet we are crammed in here so tight
One on top of another
We have to be a little nutty
To keep from clawing out
It keeps us individuals
Within our social space
Where everything else is the same

You drink up every word I have written and you come back for more. I see you thinking about me. I see the smile on your face and the tear in your eye. We were made to be together you and me. I want to fill you with emotion and make you think. I keep no secrets, I leave nothing out. I want to share with you everything I’m all about. So, grab a seat and hold me tight these feelings might take all night. I’m a book of poetry; speaking of love, loss and the ability to believe. Open my pages and Rescue me.

The Discloser of Desires (Turjuman al-Ashwaq)

The Discloser of Desires (Turjuman al-Ashwaq)

by Muhyiddin Ibn Arabi

This book is one of two unique versions of one of Ibn Arabi’s masterworks: the Turjumân al-Ashwâq and his own commentary on it: Dhakhâìr al-AÄ?lâq. This great work by Ibn Arabi has always been characterized by its bilateral nature; on the outer form it is wonderful pure love poetry, yet it has a distinctive inner interpretation on the spiritual and divine planes. This book has been translated into English at least twice before, but the problem is how to illustrate its two completely different sides at the same time.
Therefore, this innovative translation is executed in two different modes; for the poems themselves the rhythmic style was given the priority by concentrating on the sentiments the author desired to disclose, while giving more variations and minutiae when expounding them by translating Ibn Arabi’s own commentaries and also extensively linking with related concepts from his other books.
The first version is published under the title: “The Discloser of Desires”, which contains the Turjumân al-Ashwâq alone, and the second takes the title: “The Precious Repository in Expounding the Discloser of Desires”, which contains Dhakhâìr al-AÄ?lâq fi sharh Turjumân al-Ashwâq, and both include an extensive introduction to the book and to the Greatest Master Muhyiddin Ibn Arabi. The abridged version should be enough for someone who only wants to enjoy reading this inspiring chef-d’oeuvre, while the full version could be nominated to those who would like to explore Ibn Arabi’s immense knowledge and prominent divine wisdom.

Day Trip to Santa Cruz Island, California: Scorpion Ranch/East Anchorage

Day Trip to Santa Cruz Island, California: Scorpion Ranch/East Anchorage

by Kirsten Anderberg

A writer using the name “The Saunterer,” wrote about Santa Cruz Island in November 1890 in the L.A.Times: “I wonder that more people do not visit them. They are full of picturesqueness, of wild and solitary grandeur. They have lovely heights that the eagle would love, and green canyons with rippling streams that go singing from their heights to the seaâ?¦with innumerable wild flowers along their banks and old oaks standing as sentinels where they passâ?¦The Channel is as still as an inland lake and its curving shores are as sunny as those of classic Italy. Ah, what a picture it is, and yet men live and die right there without once visiting the islands to take in the grand perspective. Strange, isn’t it?” In 2011, I think the same things as the Saunterer in 1890. How is it that so few people have visited the Channel Islands that are visible nearly daily from the shores of Ventura and Santa Barbara? How is it these islands have remained so pristine? Take a day trip to Santa Cruz Island’s East Anchorage at Scorpion Harbor with author/historian Kirsten Anderberg. One hundred never before published photographs taken by the author, accompany a journey through the island’s history, geology, flora, fauna, caves, sealife and geology. Author Kirsten Anderberg earned her Master’s Degree in CA History from CA State University at Northridge in December 2010.

Knockout Kings: The Lives and Legacies of Jack Dempsey, Muhammad Ali and Mike Tyson

Knockout Kings: The Lives and Legacies of Jack Dempsey, Muhammad Ali and Mike Tyson

by Charles River Editors

*Includes pictures of the boxers and important people in their lives.
*Includes the boxers’ most colorful quotes.
*Discusses the facts, legends, and controversies surrounding their most famous fights.
*Includes Bibliographies for further reading.
*Includes a Table of Contents.

“A champion is someone who gets up when he can’t.” – Jack Dempsey

“To prove I am great, he will fall in eight.” – Muhammad Ali

“Everybody in boxing probably makes out well except for the fighter.” – Mike Tyson

During a time when America’s heroes were recognized for toughness and strength, Jack Dempsey was the prototypical “golden boy” of the Roaring Twenties. Just as Babe Ruth, Red Grange, Bill Tilden and Bobby Jones were the signature figures for their respective sports, Dempsey personified the sport of boxing.

Dempsey’s aggressive style in the ring and the punch he packed made him the heavyweight champion by 1913, and by the time Dempsey lost the title to U.S. Marine Gene Tunney in 1926 and retired following their controversial 1927 rematch (a fight known as “The Long Count”), he was one of the most popular and richest athletes in history, and he parlayed that into success in everything from owning a restaurant to authoring books.

The sports world has never suffered from a shortage of self-promoters, but none have ever walked the walk and backed up the talk like Muhammad Ali, boxing’s greatest icon and possibly history’s most famous athlete. Indeed, even referring to Ali just as a boxer does a disservice to the transcendent figure he has become around the world as a living legend.

Of course, the legend of Ali begins in the squared circle, where a young, brash kid named Cassius Clay rose to the top of the boxing world with a style so unorthodox that anyone else attempting it would all but assure he’d get knocked out. But Ali became the heavyweight champ by keeping his hands low, “floating like a butterfly and stinging like a bee”, and outboxing heavyweight champions like Sonny Liston, Joe Frazier, George Foreman, and Floyd Patterson. Though he was both loved and hated during his career, since his retirement, Ali has remained one of sports’ greatest icons across the globe, and he has been honored with too many awards to count. Held in awe just about everywhere, Ali has lit the torch at the Olympics, received the Presidential Medal of Freedom, and received the Presidential Citizens Medal, among other honors.

Iron Mike Tyson was one of the most feared opponents to ever step into a boxing ring. With unbelievable power that floored or stopped all but two of his first 28 professional opponents, Tyson began an unprecedented ascent to the top of the boxing world, becoming the youngest champion in history with a second round TKO over Trevor Berbick, the last man to box and defeat Muhammad Ali. That victory, in November 1986, prompted one British sports reporter to write, “The noble and manly art of boxing can at least cease worrying about its immediate future, now it has discovered a heavyweight champion fit to stand alongside Dempsey, Tunney, Louis, Marciano and Ali.”

Tyson became one of the biggest names in sports during the 1980s and could literally do no wrong in the ring, compiling a 37-0 record with 33 KO/TKOs. Unfortunately, as everyone knows today, the unprecedented nature of his rise is rivaled only by his stunning fall from grace. Tyson lost one of the sport’s greatest upsets to Buster Douglas before going to prison for rape. And when Tyson got out of prison, his career simply became surreal. After winning a few belts back, he lost two bouts to Evander Holyfield, infamously biting part of Holyfield’s ear off out of frustration during the rematch. The man once billed as an all time great was now more of a one man circus than anything else.

Knockout Kings chronicles the lives, legends and controversies of the 3 iconic boxers with pictures, bibliographies and more. Learn about Dempsey, Ali and Tyson like you never have before.

Dr. Tyger Walsh Trez or “Ty” gives a thrill-ride-like tour into his eclectic and eccentric mind with stories that will take you into deep space, working with aliens, on a caper as an outlaw in the Old West, into a mythical and mystical journey into ancient China, onto a strange planet with an android Marilyn Monroe, with a hundred clones of a doomed human, and much more! The stories in both books are equally daydream inducing and perfect for those with ADD / ADHD or other conditions that include short attention spans or a need to read stories that packs a punch at every single page! Put your helmet on, lock and load, and get ready to leave the Earth behind – at least the Earth you know.
What Dr. Ty considers are the best elements of science fiction, horror, western, modern, fantasy, and war genres are all here in these two volumes. A twist of Outer Limits, Twilight Zone, Star Trek, Star Wars, Asimov, Carl Sagan, and many more great writers and shows had a tremendous impact on his style and unique writing style. Don’t miss ‘DR. TY’S STRANGE FICTION’ Volume 1 & 2
