Guarded Emotion – Gay Romance

by Chris Johns

Siddran is probably the most unloved kid in school. He lives in a trailer. His father is a drunkard and his mother is a whore and they both don’t care about him.

Jake, on the other hand, is the school jock who bullies almost everyone in school, except Siddran. Nobody sits beside him in school because he looks trashy and he’s a bully. But Siddran has been nice to him ever since they first started going to school together and doesn’t mind sitting beside him. This eventually led them to become close friends.

One day however Jake invites Siddran for a dinner in his house. Sidd is surprised to see a big beautiful house. Nobody ever suspected Jake of living in a nice place because he wears trashy second-hand clothes and drives an old beat up junker. But here it is, Jake’s mini mansion.

After the initial shock Sidd is welcomed by Jake’s parents. Dinner is superb and Sidd gives his compliments. Jake’s parents are happy to know that Jake has a friend and that this one friend is well-mannered. Sidd begins to visit more and more often.

Jake begins a personal journey and transformation thereafter. He starts to dress and act like a decent human being and Sidd gets a makeover too, as gratitude for bringing about Jake’s big change. Until one night, Jake asks Sidd to move in…

Will Sidd take it? If he does, will Jake still be the same? Or will he turn into someone Sidd never thought he would be…

This story is also known as “Understanding Siddran”

“I love you Sidd, I loved what we did last night.”
Sidd wasn’t sure and blushed a little.

Jake picked up on it and made a decision that might end this affair before it really began.

“I lied to you yesterday about the other bedroom. It’s not being decorated. If you want to move in there tonight, that’s ok. Or if you want to go home today I’ll take you. I’m not sorry for what I did last night. I love you Sidd, and I wanted to touch you and show you some of that love. If you stay, I will keep trying to show you how much I love you, but I’ll understand if you don’t want to be my friend anymore. Please don’t tell anyone else though. I never thought about other boys, just you. It’s always just been you.”

Sidd couldn’t believe what he was seeing. The reverse might have looked ok but seeing this big hard jock with tears in his eyes opening his soul to a little runt from the wrong side of the track was shattering.

“I can’t believe you love me enough to do this Jake.”

Sidd was wiping the tears away as he spoke.

“I’m nothing, I’m nobody, I can’t give you anything except me.”

Jake stopped sniveling at that comment and instead looked angrily at Sidd.

“Don’t you dare put yourself down like that. You are the most special person in the world to me. When I was the school bully, I never hit on you because I knew even then that you were special. If someone offered me a million bucks or you I would take you every time. I know that one day, everybody will realize that you are special.”

Sidd kissed Jake now and realized that unless what Jake did to him was absolutely gross he would put up with it because disappointing this big cuddly bear wasn’t on the cards if he could avoid it.

That first time, Jake proved he was a liar…

In love, names are not important. What is important is to love and be loved in return, and more important is it to love without condition, without expectation.

This is the story of a king and his lady love. I only mention the king’s name because I know that is what his lady would have wanted. Her story is her love for him. You may assume a name for this lady so consumed by love that sacrifice became her only salvation when the love of her life could not see just how much she loved him.

Read this short story with your whole heart. See love as this woman saw it. Feel love as she felt it. Be transformed…by love.

Chasing Circumstance

by Dina Redmon

How do you define the word used? Some of the synonyms often associated with the word used are accustomed to or habituated. If acting as an adjective, it could mean, not new or second hand. You could be speaking of a used car, used clothing, used furniture, used tissues or maybe even used people.

That’s how I was feeling. I had become accustomed to being used and had given up on finding real love. I had reached a point in my life that I wasn’t even sure there was such a thing as unconditional love except for that of a love between a parent and their child.

I had tried it all; bars, blind dates and online dating sites. The only thing I ever found in a bar was a one night stand. Friends fixed me up with their friends but it never went further than three dates. Online dating sites were full of desperate people and desperation was not a foundation for a long term relationship.

Quite frankly, I had gotten tired of feeling used, so I convinced myself there was no such thing as loveâ?¦

â?¦ And then I met him.

A Heart on Hold – Closet Gay at Thirty – Gay Seduction

by Chris Johns

Tim Hutton is a closet gay… at THIRTY!

He feels old now and wants to come out in the open. There’s no reason to hide it any longer, really.

Sunning himself on the South Beach, he gets a glimpse of a scruffy but beautiful young man. Tim, for some reason, can’t get his eyes off him. Not being able to contain himself, he asks the boy out to dinner.

Looking like he needs some feeding himself, the boy takes the offer. Then they become friends. The boy is Kyle.

Tim helps Kyle and offers him a place to stay for the night. Heck, he even pays for a few new clothes that Kyle needs for his interview to be able to get a job. Tim did all these without asking anything in return.

But is there really nothing behind Tim’s kindness?

This series is also known as the “Coming Out” series.

———————————————————————————–THIS STORY IS ALSO KNOWN AS Coming out 2

“Tim, why are you doing all this for me?”
“Because I really like having you around, and like you more each day, and you aren’t a sponger Kyle, you obviously want to make your own way in the world.”

“I’m sorry Tim, there has to be more to it than that. Please tell me the truth.”
I couldn’t look at him as I replied, waiting for the explosion.

“Everything I have said is true, but I more than like you, I would like to make love to you as well, sometime. If you aren’t gay it will make no difference to your tenure here, you will still be welcome to stay and I will help you all I can.”
The reply wasn’t what I expected.

“So I can make myself at home here and bring my girlfriend here as well if I want to?”

I was grinning as well and it was his turn to get serious. He moved in close to me and nuzzled my neck before speaking.

“I hope you will, I rather like living with you. You are good for me and to me Tim. You won’t mind if I fall in love with you will you?”

I moved him out to arms length so that I could look in his eyes.

“No Baby, I ‘d like it very much if you fall in love with me.”

Hand-Picked (A Novella Collection)

by Melissa Gunther

Five lighthearted stories of love and family.

Allie’s vacation was supposed to be a chance for her to relax and have some fun without worrying about anyone else. Her plans are upended when she meets the five Wilson brothers and they tell her she’s going to marry Justin, the youngest. She finds the idea laughably absurd, but then she keeps running into them. The more the chance encounters happen, the less they seem like happenstance, and then the brothers tell her about the pattern.

Each of the other four brothers – Rob, Chris, Pete, and Brian – had whirlwind courtships with his bride-to-be, and only after at least one of the others had singled her out as his future spouse. The details of those relationships make for some amusing stories in the Wilson family now, and as Allie hears the tales of the other four brothers, she finds herself increasingly drawn to Justin and his family. But getting married because his brothers picked her at random? It seems completely ridiculous. So why doesn’t she want to walk away?

Join Allie and all the Wilsons in this collection of five interwoven novellas full of laughter and love.

Waking up after spending the night with a woman he barely knows, Jonah is stunned to realize sex for the sake of sex isn’t enough for him anymore. A veteran of more military battles than he cares to count, he wants to forget it all and focus on peaceful civilian life. Except flashbacks won’t allow it.

Falling for Cynthia makes Jonah regret his weakened state, but he’d rather hide the truth than face it. When she sets aside everything she believes in to help him heal, can he accept her help–and her love?

An Arrangement

by Josephine Barly

Margaret is thirty-one, a successful professional and focused on her work, who gave up on men after a messy relationship. Following the loss of the chance to present for a campaign, her best friend Claire takes her out for drinks.

On the next day, Margaret must not only deal with a hangover, she’s also forced to put up with handsome, considerate Aaron. Just as she’s trying to get rid of him, he makes her an offer she can’t dismiss as easily as she’d like to: he’ll satisfy the sexual tension she’s been keeping since things ended with her ex, in exchange for dates.

Margaret would love to say no to him, but a single kiss makes her crave contact like she hasn’t in a long time, and maybe if she keeps the dates curt, Aaron won’t come anywhere near her heart.

When the sex is explosive and reawakens her, can she keep their arrangement, even when the walls she’s built around her heart are in jeopardy?

Warning: There are explicit scenes that include graphic sex, which include light BDSM and toy use. For mature audiences (+18).

“Leave, now,” Margaret hissed at her assistant Aimee, who promptly backtracked out of her boss’s office and closed the wooden door, her hand trembling.

Sighing, Margaret covered her face with her hands as she let herself fall on the chair behind the sturdy mahogany desk.

“This is not happening,” she told herself, over and over again, trying to get her act together. She couldn’t believe it. She refused to believe it. But even if her blue eyes were closed, she knew that the email was in her incoming messages folder.

Margaret breathed in. She breathed out. She removed her hands from her face, re-tied her blonde wavy hair in the bun she usually kept it in, and looked at the screen.

The email was clear. The campaign had been given to Mark, the slithering partner in the marketing company. And it was only because he had a dick, Margaret was sure. After all, they were both the same age â??thirty-oneâ?? and they both had the same education and professional background.

The little snake had pried the account from her. And she was fuming because of him. She knew without a doubt that he’d gone to Charles and had told him he had it all prepared for the meeting, or something else. Probably something along the lines of how being a ladies’ man and being so close to women, he could sell them lingerie.

Margaret looked at the screen, typed a simple, court acceptance over Charles’s decision and looked at the clock. Half past five. She still had work to get done. But it was Friday, and mid-August. Maybe she could take off and vent some of her anger.

Claire was always looking forward to a good drink and some mingling. Margaret would avoid the mingling, but she’d definitely enjoy the drink. She got her cell phone and called her friend.
