Classic Cars, Hot Rods, And Muscle Cars – Volume 3

by Paul Moore

Approximately 64 pages with about 60 photographs

For those who like classic cars, hot rods, and muscle cars this book is for you. This is volume three in a series containing some of the most beautiful vehicles ever made that have been lovingly maintained, built, and restored. This is a photo book.

The author began photography and photo-journalism in early 1963 when he accepted an offer from his local newspaper to write about and photograph sports events at the Arizona high school where he was a junior.

After a stint in the service, he had an opportunity to study photography and printing techniques with Bernard Hoffman, a true gentleman and scholar, and one of the earliest staff photographers for Life Magazine.

Since that time he had had thousands of photographs and hundreds of articles published by more than 60 national and international periodicals. He was also a contributing editor for one of them for more than ten years. Topics ran the gamut from professional sports, medicine, archeology, and photography to science.

After twenty years away from Arizona he returned in 1985 and it has been the base from which all his photographic excursions are launched. Along with many others he has embraced digital photography but can still be seen, from time to time, peering through the ground glass of a large format camera, hoisting a large medium format 6×7, or indeed still using a 35mm film camera.

The photographer currently has fine art photography on exhibit at The Center for Fine Arts in Globe, Arizona.

The Earth Laughs in Flowers: A photo book of flower meditations

Do you love to look at flowers? If so, I made this picture book for you. Because I love to look at flowers, too. I see them dancing, singing, in families, as parents with babies. They are all individuals, with personal lives, going about their day.

Who’s to say the flowers aren’t talking to each other, playing laughing, sleeping, and being in love? This is what I see when I look at flowers.

I like to peer down, and get up close and escape into what I imagine is a secret special world, where the flowers rule this world and where everything is filled with magnificent color, movement, texture, and beauty.

I hope that the photographs in this book – along with the words of some of our most beloved writers, artists and philosophers – takes you on a little magical journey. If that journey is 5 minutes, or 1 hour, or even longer, I hope it brings you a sense of delight and wonder.

Please note: the photos in this book are in vibrant, glorious, full color. This book is best viewed on a Kindle Fire, or other reader that supports color photography.

Three One Act Plays Vol. 2

by Christopher Kell

Three stage plays ideal for festivals, competition or showcase productions.

Three very different themes. Careless Talk is set in the East End of London at the outbreak of First World War where a young woman of German descent encounters hostility. No Concessions where a fiftieth wedding anniversary exposes secrets between old friends. Calling has a struggling poet call upon the muses and is answered in an unexpected way.

“Delightful…beautifully comic…a fine piece of theatre”
