4. Gluten Free Cheesy Garlic Coconut Quick Bread

â?¨Ingredients:

6 eggs

1/2 cup butter, melted

2 tablespoons honey

1/2 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup coconut flour

Black pepper, to taste

Flax seeds (optional), to taste

1/2 – 1 teaspoon garlic powder (adjust to taste)

1/2 – 1 cup shredded cheese

Directions:

Set oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil a bread pan with coconut oil.��Mix all ingredients in a food processor, except the cheese. When the mixture is smooth, add in the cheese (NOTE: it is ok for the mixture to be a little runnier than typical bread dough). ��Pour the mixture into the bread pan and bake for 40 minutes.

Paleo Crock Pot Roast with a Sugar Free Sauce – Chimichurri:-

Ingredients:-

Grass fed pork or beef roast.

Real salt.

Chimichurri sauce.

Instructions:-

Put a frozen or fresh roast in the crockpot. You may cook for 12-24 hours for a better taste.

If you want to cook instantly, then you have to firstly put the beef roast in the crockpot and sprinkle with little bit real salt and keep it on high temperature for 2-3 hours until it starts cooking.

Then again keep it low until it becomes nice to look and fork tender. It will take more time.

If you are running out time, then you can slice the beef by knife and then cook as usual. It would be ready within an hour.

Garnish and serve hot.

Balsamic Braised Beef Short Ribs:-

Ingredients:-

3 lbs. of bone-in beef ribs.

1 tablespoon of coconut oil.

½ cup of balsamic vinegar.

15 can tomato sauce.

4 whole dried dates.

6 garlic cloves, minced.

Spices:-

2 tablespoon of course sea salt.

1 tablespoon of dried rosemary.

1 tablespoon of garlic and onion powder.

1 tablespoon of dried sage.

1 tablespoon of paprika and black pepper.

Instructions:-

Take a small bowl and mix up sea salt, dried rosemary, dried sage, garlic and onion powder, paprika and black pepper.

Drizzle the mixed spices on the both side of the beef ribs.

Put the short ribs in a crockpot and make layer with tomato sauce, balsamic vinegar, whole dried dates and garlic cloves.

Cook for 4-6 hours on low crockpot settings until the beef becomes translucent.

Serve with honey roasted carrots.
