2. Banh chung (Chung cake)

Its origin is told by the legend of Lang Liêu, a prince of the last king of the Sixth Hùng Dynasty, who became the successor thanks to his creation of bánh chưng and bánh giầy, which symbolized, respectively, the Earth and the Sky (bánh chưng is the Earth and bánh giầy is the Sky). Considered an essential element of the family altar on the occasion of tết, the making and eating of bánh chưng during this time is a well-preserved tradition of Vietnamese people. Pho originated in the early 20th century in northern Vietnam, and was popularized throughout the rest of the world by refugees after the Vietnam War. ya otro domina su vida, que la acompaña casi hasta el final del verde,
allí la acaricia y con un susurro de despedida escucha que le ordena
cumple con tu destino.
Ahora sola pero feliz, sigue su camino, y allá al final besa la red,
siente una explosión en torno suyo, todo es algarabía,
entonces está satisfecha, el deber está cumplido.

Pero su vida es rodar y debe seguir ya tiene nuevo dueño,
ya otro le marca un nuevo destino
que la levanta y la lleva hasta el centro del campo,
un silbato da la orden y otra vez va y viene sobre el césped,
se disputan su tenencia todos quieren regir sobre su vida.
Pero solo hay uno que la domina entonces va rumbo a su pecho,
toca su corazón y cae a sus pies, solo espera la caricia,
y otra vez va por el césped, rodando como siempre
dando saltos de alegría, buscando la explosión
que es un canto para su alma, que, aunque la castiguen,
si llega al fondo de la red allí será feliz. –
