Study of Strength

This book sprouted from a collection of blogs, mainly written for myself in an attempt to keep track of what I was learning as I studied and practised the art of strength, which is actually the art of raw power. (This power can be moulded and injected to any form of movement, to project dominance, display in performance or just for plain fun.)
I don’t have a degree in sports science, just decades of experience under the yoke, over the farmers, and in between dumbbells. It is my sincere hope to share what I’ve learnt to the world, and hopefully in the process to earn the dollars to provide for my mediocre lifestyle. ï?
My credentials : 320kg yoke, 110kg farmers, 35okg tire flips.
As a side note, this book is NOT for the beginner on his baby steps in strength-training. It is recommended towards the intermediate who has at least a year of experience in training one of the following modalities (weight-training/gymnastics).
Its also for coaches.
Remember, before you purchase this book that it is a book on the theory of the STRENGTH ATTRIBUTE ADAPTATION in humans, and not a book which just has programs and exercises you follow.
