by Samuel Taylor Coleridge

“Christabel” is a long narrative poem in two parts. Coleridge planned three additional parts, but these were never completed. The story of Christabel concerns a central female character of the same name and her encounter with a stranger called Geraldine, who claims to have been abducted from her home by a band of rough men. Coleridge aimed to write Christabel using an accentual metrical system, based on the count of only accents: even though the number of syllables in each line can vary from four to twelve, the number of accents per line never deviates from four.
“Kubla Khan; or, A Vision in a Dream” is a poem written by Samuel Taylor Coleridge. According to Coleridge’s Preface the poem was composed one night after he experienced an opium-influenced dream after reading a work describing Xanadu, the summer palace of the Mongol ruler and Emperor of China Kublai Khan. Upon waking, he set about writing lines of poetry that came to him from the dream until he was interrupted by a person from Porlock. The poem could not be completed according to its original 200-300 line plan as the interruption caused him to forget the lines.
Samuel Taylor Coleridge (1772 – 1834) was an English poet, literary critic and philosopher who, with his friend William Wordsworth, was a founder of the Romantic Movement in England and a member of the Lake Poets.

FAT 2 FIT YOGA: Yoga specially designed for weight loss, obese & heavy bodies (wide stance, posture, attitude of body, scientific details, muscle groups, yoga conditioning) with illustrated pictures.

by Vipul H. Tiwari

Try a simple Google search “yoga,” and what do you notice about the people in the photos? For one, most of them are womenâ??skinny, fit, sexy, young age females that every man dreams in his female counterpart. There’s a thin woman on the beach in warrior and cobra pose; there’s a thin woman in front of the sunset in tree pose; and hey, there’s a thin woman in the woods in lotus pose. This theme of skinny fit yogis isn’t wrong, and it’s hardly surprising. But the problem including only skinny women in yoga images and including only poses conducive to thin bodies in teachings can make yoga, well, not so inclusive. You get to think that yoga and its health benefits, such as stress reduction, fitness, and mental balance is only for thin people, and not so much for the 36 percent of U.S. adults and shockingly 2.1 billion obese people on our blue planet. Not true. Yoga is for all types of shapes and sizes if you just know how to start.

I’m overweight or obese. Why should I try yoga?
“I think yoga can be a wonderful form of movement that bigger-bodied people can adapt for themselves, “this eBook (FAT 2 FIT YOGA) is specially designed only to meet the challenges to fat people and it is also an online resource for instructors. For people carrying more weight, low-intensity exercises like yoga may be more comfortable than, running and weight lifting. And most postures can be modified to fit your body.
Yoga is not that cycling class with the drill sergeant instructor. It’s not the high impact Workout. The mental component of yoga is the deep breathing, positive meditation for mind, awareness, and acceptance can boost confidence for people of all waistlines. “Yoga helps give your insight, and perhaps that insight can help you make better choices and eliminate all the negative self-talk that is killing your inner self.

so…Is it just an another yoga book?

A Big NO… NO
we can’t really tell you why no one ever before made an approach in this direction that the need of a fat person who wants to get fit is way more different than the others. because their body, metabolism and their mindsets are different this eBook ( FAT 2 FIT YOGA) tries to tackle all such things that every other book is missing.
