So, I decided to write a book series on Bulgarian national kitchen. I went to my grandma, who is the best cook I have ever seen, and asked her to tell me the best recipes she knows. In this first book, I’ve put 72 vegetarian (non-vegan, that’s for the next one) salads, soups, main dishes and desserts, traditionally cooked in Bulgaria. My evil plan for you is to fall in love with our food, to tell your friends and they tell their friends, and so on, until everyone in the world is eating Banitsa!
