Until Us (The Black Harts MC)

by Amanda Kaitlyn

Stone

She’s young.

She’s beautiful.

She’s irresistible.

And she’s a virgin.

I’m not supposed to go there.

Especially with my VP’s baby girl.

But, when she offers herself to me, how the **** can I say no?

Madison

I’m in love with him.

He doesn’t know it, but soon, he will.

I’ve waited years for this moment.

And it’s finally here.

“Stone Cold” Hart is the president of my daddy’s Motorcycle Club.

He doesn’t show emotion.

He’s not supposed to.

But when he’s with me, he’s so different.

Sweet.

Seductive.

Intoxicating.

We were made for each other.

But that doesn’t mean being together will be easy.

My family doesn’t approve of us.

I’m going against everyone I love for him and it’s doubtful we’ll come out of it unscathed.

Finding our forever may just mean breaking us, before we’ve even begun.

Until Us is the prequel of Amanda Kaitlyn’s long-awaited Black Harts MC series; a novella with a happily ever after and one panty melting, crass alpha male.

If you don’t enjoy sweep-you-off your-feet insta love, this one may not be for you.

Franconia

by Fred Brede

“Franconia”
In 1838 the first riverboats came up the Saint Croix River full of adventurous and hardy immigrants who came for the timber, the fertile ground and to start a new life. Many came across the pier at a place called “Franconia” a growing and prosperous river town just south of Taylors Falls, Minnesota by The Dalles on the Saint Croix in Chisago County, Minnesota.
A small boat landing is all that is left of a waterfront that rivaled any on the upper Saint Croix River. Ansell Smith’s Sawmill and others once fronted the river at Franconia with paddleboats arriving and departing daily.
The once thriving river town declined after the railroads came through on November 9th, 1880. It no longer was the only way for immigrants to find their way into this part of Minnesota. The old village of Franconia is hidden away down along the river bluffs just south of Taylors Falls, Minnesota with many Victorian style homes remain and in unbelievably well preserved state. They are occupied mostly in the summer with other homes and cabins replacing the old structures described in this book.
Up above the bluffs of the Saint Croix River are modern farms that were homesteads with log homes and barns. Agriculture remains the major economic force in the township with new homes and growing businesses developing every year like the “Franconia Sculpture Park”.
Although the old village of Franconia is down by the river the same name was given for the township that runs from Highway 8 on the north to the Washington County line on the south. The Saint Croix River on the east and about six miles to the west with Hazelden on the far western border.
“Franconia” “An Immigrants Gateway” is a must read to understand what life was like for our ancestors that came and made Franconia their homes. Buy the book today for yourselves to remember and your family to learn from and enjoy. Remember the history of Franconia

by Suzanne van der Veeken

Ocean Nomad Bonus edition talks about why the ocean is so important, what’s happening with climate change and plastic pollution and what can you do as sailing crew and any individual to make a difference?

The ocean is the heart of the planet. Water covers more than two-thirds of the Earth’s surface. Ocean plants produce most of the oxygen we breathe, and the deep waters are home to wildlife and some of the biggest creatures on earth. It provides us with food, jobs, life, play, and sailing! It gives us everything; without it, we cannot survive. By experiencing the ocean first hand on a boat, you will be amazed by its beauty, gain a deep respect for its power, and also see its decline.

At sea, the lifestyle is simple. You will experience the preciousness of drinking water and electricity and will learn to use every drop and amp consciously. But what else can do you to minimise impact? How can you make a difference during an ocean adventure? What can we do at the frontline, as sailors, with our special connection to the sea?

The Bonus edition covers:

Ocean Love & Conservation
1.Why is the Ocean So Important?
By experiencing the ocean first hand on a boat, you will be amazed by its beauty, gain a deep respect for its power, and also see its decline. Why is the ocean so important in the first place?

2.What is Happening To The Oceans?
We hear about climate change, plastic pollution, overfishing and many other challenges! But what is actually happening to the oceans?

3.What is Being Done to Save it?
Read about a selection of ocean organisations that inspire, provide good data, and that can help you learn more about the ocean. They are all eager for you to get involved!

4.What Can You Do as Crew?
What can we do as a crew member to make a difference for the ocean? How can you minimise your impact? How can you contribute? What can we do at the frontline, as sailors, with our special connection to the sea?

“I discovered so much as a result from crossing oceans. What has struck me most when going across is what I learned about the ocean itself, how important it is for us, and the serious state of decline it is in. As ocean nomads, we can â??just’ cross an ocean and have a memorable adventure, but we can do more! We can make the experience truly rewarding, for ourselves, the ocean and for the places we visit. The ocean brings us so much. As fanatic users, we are responsible for bringing life back into the ocean.

I hope this book inspires, encourages and motivates you to make your ocean-crossing dreams happen. In addition to practical tips, information and stories, I’ve included some actionable takeaways on how sailors can make a positive difference for the ocean. This book provides the bearings. It’s up to you to gather the courage, take action and make the most out of it. NOW is the time, because â??later’ may never arrive. I wish you a safe, happy and adventurous journey!”
