The Essential Burrito Cookbook: Roll Up A Delicious Meal

When you have your filling ready, then warm the tortilla in the microwave for 20-30 seconds or heat them in a dry frying pan. Lay the tortillas out flat on a clean surface. Spoon the filling into the tortilla just off the center, leaving about 3″ around the tortilla. This prevents the filling from spilling over. Fold two ends in over the filling, tuck the filling in under the sides and roll. It is always best to either serve or bake the burritos with the seam side down. Now you are ready to garnish and serve to your liking!
