by Jennie nicassio

An unlikely Christmas tree dreams of becoming the famous Rockefeller Christmas Tree in New York City. Come along with Rocky, Mary Louise, AJ, Mrs. Pickles and Bruce Spruce to New York City! The Kindle edition has special illustrations not in the hard back or paper book! The heartwarming tale touches on faith, believing in oneself, & persevering through adversity.
The heartwarming tale makes an amazing gift for you son/daughter, niece or nephew. The illustrations are amazing, and the story endearing and heartwarming.
The most magical time of the year in New York City comes in November with the lighting of the Rockefeller Christmas Tree. Because of the significance of the occasion, evergreens from all around the world dream of becoming the Rockefeller Christmas Tree – and young Rocky is no exception. The only problem? As a small, rather unattractive sapling, Rocky can barely compete with the more robust specimens seeking to steal the spotlight he so desperately craves; however, with a little help – and a strong belief in himself – Rocky may just see his long-held dream finally come true…

Rocky: The Rockefeller Christmas Tree is a heartwarming tale for readers of all ages. Touching on such universal themes as keeping the faith, believing in oneself, and persevering through adversity makes the story particularly appealing to young readers. By crafting Rocky as a flawed, yet determined tree – rather than an immaculate, undefeatable hero – readers easily relate to his passionate quest to succeed, despite the obstacles standing in his way.

by Charles Dickens

discover or rediscover all the classics of literature.

Contains Active Table of Contents (HTML)
In these five stories, Dickens celebrates the spirit of Christmas, sharing and charity, and denounces the social injustice that excludes the poor from this feast. It is a truculent portrait of everyday life and an unqualified condemnation of exploitation and misery. This social message, Dickens gives us gently, by the detour of the tale and the fantasy.

Toys, Tools, Guns & Rules: A Children’s Book About Gun Safety

by Julie Golob

We must talk with our children about guns and firearm safety to protect them and help prevent deaths and injuries. World champion professional shooter, firearms instructor, and mother Julie Golob helps you start this crucial conversation with her children’s book about gun safety. Toys, Tools, Guns & Rules helps parents break the ice with kids about this taboo topic by comparing firearms to other potentially dangerous adult tools. Gun safety is for everyone.

A Children’s Story: A Gift for Mom (A Christmas Story Book 3)

by DL Houston

In the 3rd book of the charming and classic children’s Christmas series – A Children’s Story, the time is the day after Halloween. The place is the family home of young Jeremy Jenkins.

Jeremy has just overheard his mother loudly complaining to his father about stores displaying Christmas decorations too early – nearly two months before Christmas!

Jeremy writes a letter to Santa Claus asking if he can find a way to help his mother be happy again.

Santa decides to teach Jeremy and his mother about the beginnings of Christmas Traditions, which of course requires an exciting time travel trip in his sleigh. They travel back in time to the 1100’s and 1400’s to see the first Christmas Trees and finally…travel all the way back in time to Bethlehem to witness the very first Christmas. Santa explains how this is the birthplace of many of today’s Christmas Traditions…even early Christmas shopping!

What transpires is an enchanting and heartwarming tale with a lesson for children of all ages: Christmas Traditions were created because of that one Holy Night and Man’s love of God. And as long as one remembers the reason, Christmas Traditions can be embraced during any season!

“I loved the first book in this series and love this one even more! What a powerful way to share that Christmas is so much more than one day a yearâ?¦it’s living the Christmas Spirit each and every day. Such a wonderful lesson to be taught in such a charming way. I’m looking forward to the next book in this heart-warming series.” — D. D. Scott, International Bestselling Author

D.L. Houston comes by her artistic talent quite naturally as she is the daughter of two world-class musicians and is from a family that includes a number of musicians, inventors, an artist, and a best-selling author.

After experiencing a successful singing career of her own, she now resides in Florida with her husband where she is currently writing, and still enjoying the arts and living and working in paradise.

As a Breast Cancer Survivor, D.L. “stops to smell the roses” every day and has a strong desire to make a difference and to give something back.

A Christmas Carol (Feathers Classics)

by Charles Dickens

This book contains now several HTML tables of contents that will make reading a real pleasure!

In his “Ghostly little book,” Charles Dickens invents the modern concept of Christmas Spirit and offers one of the world’s most adapted and imitated stories. We know Ebenezer Scrooge, Tiny Tim, and the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future, not only as fictional characters, but also as icons of the true meaning of Christmas in a world still plagued with avarice and cynicism.

Savannah y el Descenso al Inframundo de Heres (Spanish Edition)

by Danielle Pérez Guillén

The Adventures of Little Miss Crazy Hair: The Girl with Curl

by Christopher Garcia-Halenar

The Adventures of Little Miss Crazy Hair – The Girl with Curl was inspired by our beautiful niece Vivian – our very own Little Miss Crazy Hair. The book chronicles a week in the life of Little Miss Crazy Hair who along with her best friend, her dog Duke, escape on wild and wonderful daily adventures resulting from the decision of how she will wear her wonderful, curly hair. She serves tea as a Princess. She refines her poise and grace as a Prima ballerina. She bravely sails the Nile. She explores the depths of the jungle. She even ventures into the skies to pilot her friends and fly over her home town.

But the daily adventures are not just about hairstyles, thrills and excitement.

Accompanying LMCH and Duke, is a group of their BEE Buddies who are embedded in the illustration and point to key learnings resulting from their adventure. Among the learnings highlighted are: BEE Polite, BEE Determined, BEE Yourself and BEE Brave. Together they create Little Miss Crazy Hair’s 7 BEEs.

The BEEs are not called out in the book’s manuscript. Instead, the BEEs are a discovery for both the child and the reader. The depth of discussion regarding each BEE is left to the audience as it relates to each child’s personal journey.

BEE Prepared to BEE Captivated.

by Lyman Frank Baum

This book contains now several HTML tables of contents that will make reading a real pleasure!

Santa Claus lives in the Laughing Valley, where stands the big, rambling castle in which his toys are manufactured. His workmen, selected from the ryls, knooks, pixies and fairies, live with him, and every one is as busy as can be from one year’s end to another. On one side is the mighty Forest of Burzee. At the other side stands the huge mountain that contains the Caves of the Daemons. And between them the Valley lies smiling and peaceful. One would think that our good old Santa Claus, who devotes his days to making children happy, would have no enemies on all the earth; and, as a matter of fact, for a long period of time he encountered nothing but love wherever he might go. But the Daemons who live in the mountain caves grew to hate Santa Claus very much, and all for the simple reason that he made children happy. One Christmas Eve, they decided to take action!

Johnny Goes North : An Experimental Comic Book

by Verwayne Greenhoe

This is a short story in ‘comic book’ format as an experiment to test how the process works. It tells the story of a young boy who visits his grandparents in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan one summer. The ‘comics’ were made from photos that were taken from that visit back in 2016.

Because it is an experiment and if it were at all possible, I’d upload this at no charge, but as we all know, Amazon does nothing at no cost. If this works as I hope it will, I have a lot of children’s tales that could be told in a format that would hold the attention of young children.

Some of the illustrations are a bit ‘overdone,’ but as I practiced, my work got better. After I see how this project goes, I’ve played with options that I will use in a Christmas storyline I have planned. I’ve converted this project into Kindle format and imported it into my Kindle, and it looks alright, but I’m not sure how it will look once Kindle does it, hence, the experiment!

Thank you for your time. If this interests you, email me at [email protected]

Thank you!
